内填不同材料填充砌块生态复合墙体抗震性能对比

         

摘要

The ecological composite-wall structure is a new, energy-saving and assembled monolithic residential building structure with good seismic performance. The seismic behaviors of five ecological composite walls (filled with aerated concrete block, plant fiber soil-based block, plant fiber cement-based block, recycled EPS lightweight concrete block and cotton stalk block) whose scales are 1:2 entirely were studied under low reversed cyclic lateral loading. The evaluation of the failure mechanism, bearing capacity, hysteretic loops, displacement ductility, deterioration of strength and stiffness and energy dissipation of ecological composite walls filled with different materials block under seismic loads was compared. The experiment results show that filled blocks, ribbed grid and end frame can play a role in turn in elastic stage, elastic-plastic stage and failure stage of the experiment; the bending failure of "strong plate and weak column" occurred in the model of composite wall filled with plant fiber cement-based block, while the shear failure of "strong column and weak plate" occurred in the other composite walls; the parametric size of compressive strength, anti-crack ability, elastic modulus and bonding ability with ribbed grid of infill block are the main factors affecting characteristic loading and characteristic displacement of the composite wall; these walls are with stronger anti-collapse ability.%通过对5榀1/2比例生态复合墙体模型(内填材料分别为:加气混凝土砌块、植物纤维生土基砌块、植物纤维水泥基砌块、再生EPS轻骨料混凝土砌块和棉花秸秆砌块)在水平低周反复荷载作用下的抗震性能试验,研究生态复合墙体在低周反复荷载作用下的受力特点和破坏机制;对比不同内填材料填充砌块复合墙体的承载力、滞回特性、延性、强度退化、刚度退化和耗能等抗震性能.试验结果表明:砌块、肋格与外框能够在试验的弹性阶段、弹塑性阶段、破坏阶段依次发挥作用;内填植物纤维水泥基砌块的生态复合墙体发生“强板弱柱”弯曲型破坏,其余四榀墙体发生“强柱弱板”剪切型破坏;内填砌块的抗压强度、抗裂能力、弹性模量、与肋格的黏结能力是影响生态复合墙体特征荷载和特征位移的主要因素;5榀生态复合墙体的抗倒塌能力都较强.
