黄磷尾气中CS2净化材料制备及其性能

         

摘要

以工业煤质活性炭(AC)为载体,采用浸渍法制备铜金属氧化物负载型活性炭,考察不同制备条件和反应条件对CS2的吸附净化性能的影响,并采用N2物理吸附(N2-BET)、扫描电镜及能量色散谱仪(SEM/EDS)、X线衍射仪(XRD)、X线光电子能谱仪(XPS)等手段对改性活性炭(MAC)进行表征分析.研究表明:在Cu2+浓度为0.15 mol/L,焙烧温度为400℃条件下,制备的改性活性炭具有最佳的孔结构性质和比表面积,活性组分CuO负载均匀,并具有催化氧化作用.反应温度条件为20℃,氧含量为2.0%时,改性炭对CS2吸附净化效果最好,并且在吸附容量方面铜改性活性炭比空白活性炭提升了2.6倍.%CO is the main component (>80%) of the phosphorous chemical industry tail gas, and it can be served as feed gas to produce various valuable products such as formate, oxalate, and methanol, etc. However, coexisting CS2 is harmful to the following chemical process. In order to obtain an effective purification material for the purification of CSj in phosphorous chemical industry, transition metal-oxide modified activated carbon was prepared. The effects of preparation conditions on the adsorbent purification properties of the modified activated carbon (MAC) were studied, and the MAC was characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption (N2-BET), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The optimal adsorbent purification properties for CS2 reach at a Cu2+ molar concentration of 0.15 mol/L, calcination temperature of 400 ℃, and adsorption temperature of 20 ℃, oxygen content of 2%.
