水性环氧树脂-水泥-乳化沥青复合胶结体系的硬化机理

         

摘要

采用XRD,SEM及红外光谱测试方法对水性环氧树脂-水泥-乳化沥青(CAE)复合胶结体系不同龄期硬化产物以及微观形貌进行分析,并研究其胶结硬化机理.研究结果表明:水性环氧树脂中与水泥水化产物发生了化学反应,生成含钙络合物,并延迟了Ca(OH)2的结晶;CAE复合胶结体系形成了以沥青胶结物、水性环氧树脂固化物与水泥水化产物交织共生的一种空间网络结构.%The hardening mechanism of waterborne epoxy-cement-emulsified asphalt (CAE) bonding system was studied, through analyzing the hardening product and micro morphology of CAE at different ages by XRD, SEM and FT-IR. The results show that chemical reactions occur between waterborne epoxy resins and cement hydration products, the complex compound with calcium is produced, and the Ca(OH)2 crystallizing is delayed. The bonding system of CAE forms a kind of space structure, which is intertwound by asphalt, waterborne epoxy hardening products and cement hydration products.
