以肠梗阻及便血为主要表现的真菌性小肠炎1例

摘要

Fungal enteritis was rarely reported.A case of fungal enteritis manifestation with jejunum multiple ulcers and obstruction was treated by Department of Gastroenterology,Third Xiangya Hospital,Central South University.After antifungal treatment,the clinical symptoms were relieved,and the ulcers in jejunal and upper gastrointestinal tract were healed completely.Clinical manifestation for small fungal enteritis is special,and the small intestine ulcer is easily to be misdiagnosed.It is helpful to prevent the misdiagnose for small fungal enteritis if we can tell the clinical features for this disease.%真菌性小肠炎的病例少有报道.中南大学湘雅三医院消化内科收治了l例以空肠多发溃疡合并肠梗阻为主要临床表现的真菌性小肠炎患者.患者在接受抗真菌治疗后,临床症状完全缓解,上消化道和空肠多发溃疡治愈.真菌性小肠炎临床表现较为特殊,小肠溃疡易误诊,掌握本病的临床特点有助于避免误诊误治.
