不同基质对柔毛大叶桂樱幼苗生长的影响

         

摘要

采用泥炭土、有机肥料、废棉籽壳和纯黄土4种育苗基质对柔毛大叶桂樱幼苗进行基质试验,测定幼苗的苗高、地径、生物量等指标,并对结果进行统计分析.分析结果表明:不同的基质配方差异显著,4种不同基质条件下柔毛大叶桂樱生长量变化趋势基本保持一致,但对苗高、地径和生物量的生长影响不同,对于苗高和地径来说,有机肥料最好,废棉籽壳次之;对于叶片数来说,以泥炭土最好,有机肥料次之.叶面积以废棉籽壳最好,有机肥料次之.而纯黄土并不适宜作为纯质的育苗基质.在一年的生长期内,地径生长要先于苗高生长.%Container growing media is hard to be found in China and the potential for marketing growing media for nursery crops is tremendous. To evaluate the effect of media on plant growth, Prunus zippenliana var. Puberifolia seedlings had been grown with loess (control) and loess mixed with peatmoss, cotton shells, and compost manure at 1 : 1 ratio (by volume). Both seedling's height and diameter under compost manure and cotton shells amended media grew faster than that of peatmoss + loess and straight loess. At the end of the first growing season (2009) , no significant difference was found among the amended media. At the beginning of the 2nd growing season, the seedling growth was much faster than the first growing season under compost manure and cotton shells a-mended loess. These results indicate that loess should not be used as container media. Loess amended with peatmoss, compost manure, and cotton shells did not help the seedling growth of Prunus zippenliana var. Puberifolia in the first growing season, but had significantly affected at the 2nd year. Further studies should focus on other components of soil-less media and produce feasible container growing media for the rapid developing Chinese container production market.
