滑移装载机半主动减振系统的动态特性分析与仿真

         

摘要

Aiming at vibration control problem of a skid-steer loader when it suffered rough road surface excitation in the transition process, a semi-active vibration control system was established. Through the links of the various components of the system, taking into account the friction between piston and cylinder wall, pipe pressure loss a-long the way and the gas changing index of the accumulator in the different working process, the nonlinear mathematical model of the vibration control system was derived and the dynamic characteristics of the system was simulated and researched using MATLAB / Simulink toolbox. The results show that the frequency and amplitude of the external excitation signal,the initial inflation pressure and volume of the accumulator,the valve mouth opening of e-lectro-hydraulic proportional throttle valve all have important roles in the output dynamic response of the semi-active vibration control system.%针对滑移装载机在转场作业过程中受到不平路面激励时的振动控制问题,建立了半主动减振系统,通过对系统各组成环节的分析,考虑了活塞与缸壁间的摩擦、管路的沿程压力损失和蓄能器在不同工作过程中的气体多变指数,推导了减振系统的非线性数学模型,并利用MATLAB/Simulink工具箱对系统进行动态特性仿真研究.研究结果表明,外界激励信号的频率和振幅、蓄能器的初始充气压力、初始充气容积、电液比例节流阀的阀口开度对半主动减振系统的输出动态响应有着重要作用.
