基于层次分析法的湖南肉类企业绩效评价研究

         

摘要

在当前食品安全事件频发和环境污染日趋恶化的背景下,构建了肉类企业综合绩效评价的新型指标体系,建立了层次评价模型,并以湖南三家上市公司为例进行了实证分析.研究表明:强化资源整合和资产运营,实行规模化经营;积极承担企业社会责任,高度重视食品安全;借助冷链物流体系等方式综合利用资源和节能环保;以及重视品牌建设等,是提升肉类企业综合绩效的重要途径.%Currently, food safety accidents take place frequently and environmental pollution has been deteriorating,a new meat enterprise performance evaluation system is established to solve the prlblems.The system consists of ecological, social and economic performances, forming the hierarchy evaluation model.And taking Hunan three listed companies as an example the empirical analysis has been done.The results show that: the important ways to promote the meat enterprise’s performance should be adopted.They are: strengthening resources integration and assets operation, developing meat enterprise scale, actively undertaing corporate social responsibility, attaching importance to food safety, use cold-chain logistics system of comprehensively to utilize resources and to save energy and to protect environmental, at the same time emphasizing value of brands construction, etc.
