崖柏乙醇提取物抑菌作用的初步研究

             

摘要

采用滤纸片扩散法和固体平板培养基稀释法对崖柏叶、木粉及其醇提取物进行体外抑菌试验,研究了崖柏及其不同浓度醇提取物的抑菌作用,测试了崖柏叶和木粉醇提取物的最小抑菌浓度.结果表明,崖柏叶和木粉的醇提取物对细菌的抑制作用明显,但对霉菌的抑菌效果不明显.崖柏叶醇提物对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌有显著的抑制作用.崖柏木粉醇提物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制作用明显,可用于食品的抑菌,也可开发成药物.%The disc diffusion assay method and solid medium-flatting cultivation diluted method were used to make the in vitro antimicrobial test, and the antimicrobial effects of leave, wood powder and different concentration ethanol extracts and its minimum inhibitory concentration of Thuja sutchuenensis were surveyed. The results show that the elcohol extracts of leaves and wood powder had obvious inhibition effects on bacteria, and but they had no obvious inhibition effects on fungus. The ethanol extraction from leaves had significant inhibition effects on Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis. And the ethanol extraction from wood powder had significant inhibition effects against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcal aures, so the ethanol extraction could be used as a bacteriostatic agent for food and to prepare drugs.
