对光皮树果实油成分进行了分析,采用合成的新型碱性离子液体[Bmim]OH,催化光皮树果实油,制备生物柴油.结果表明:光皮树果实油是制备生物柴油的一种理想原料,[Bmim]OH是一种催化性能高和稳定性好的新型催化剂,最优反应工艺为:催化剂用量为1.1%,醇油摩尔比为6:1,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为70 min.在此条件下,生物柴油转化率高达96.42%;重复使用6次后,生物柴油转化率还可达90%以上.%Based on chemical composition analysis of Cornus wilsoniana fruit oil, and adopting the new alkaline ionic liquid to catalyze the Cornus wilsoniana fruit oil, the synthesis technology of bio-diesel from C. wilsoniana fruit oil catalyzed with 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydroxide ([Bmim]OH) was studied. The results show that C. wilsoniana fruit oil was an ideal biodiesel feedstock, and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hydroxide ([Bmim]OH) is a new catalyst with high activity and stability. The optimal parameters of bio-diesel processing were determined as follows: molar ratio of methanol to fruit oil, catalyst dosage, reaction temperature and reaction time were 6 : 1, 0. 9%, 60 ℃ and 70 min, respectively. Under these conditions, the yield of mixed methyl ester was up to 96. 42%. The ionic liquid [Bmim]OH could be reused for 6 times without any disposal and the yield of mixed methyl ester remained above 90%.
