生物农药用银杏优良无性系的选育

         

摘要

Variations of phenolic acid content, fruit yield per plant, husk yield rate and economic yield per tree of 40 Ginkgo clones of 20-year-old were studied. The results were as follows: the differences of the four indexes of the clones were very significant, that of husk yield rate were also very significant; By taking into account the yields of seed & fruit, husk yield rate, content of phenolic acids from exopleura and economic yield per tree, and using Euclidean distance method and most long distance method, the 40 Ginkgo clones were clustered and then divided into 4 groups. Group 4 including 16# (Nanlin Wai-l)and 38#(Nanlin Wai-2) clone which had high phenolic acid contents, were medium high husk yield rate of exopleura fruit yield per tree, and had the highest economic yield per tree, hence, they can be used as the orientation and cultivation tree species to make new bio-pesticides, have higher values in introduction test and popularization.%以40个20年生银杏无性系为研究对象,研究了外种皮酚酸含量、单株种实产量、出皮率和单株经济产量的变异规律.结果表明:不同无性系间的单株产量、酚酸含量、单株经济产量差异显著,出皮率达到显著性水平.结合银杏无性系的种实产量、出皮率、外种皮酚酸含量和单株经济产量,采用欧氏距离和最长距离法进行聚类,把40个无性系分成4大类.其中第四类(16号(南林外1)、38号(南林外2))无性系的外种皮酚酸含量高,单株种实产量高,外种皮出皮率中等偏高,单株经济产量最高,可以为新型生物农药银杏定向栽培提供材料,具有较高的引种试验和推广潜力.
