生物除草剂对加拿大一枝黄花生理参数和死亡率的影响

     

摘要

Sclerotiumfungus(as biological herbicide and fluroxypyr were used to kill Solidgo canadensis. The results show that the photosynthesis rates of plants treated with fluroxypyr for 4 days decreased by 49.1 %, while the other parameters did not change much. After treated with fluroxypyr for 11 days, the fluorescence parameters and photosynthetic rate decreased obviously. The other plants treated with different concentrations biological herbicide decreased in different extentrespectively. After treated for 15 days, the chlorophyll contents of the plants treated with fluroxypyr were 58 % of those of control, the values of Fo were 126.0 % of those of control, the values of ETR were 22.0 % of those of control, the net photosynthetic rates were 2.2 % of those of control. The most changes of physiological parameters of the plants treated with different biological herbicide were the treatment four (T4). After treated for 15 days, the values of Fo of the plants of T4 were 113.6 % of those of control, the values of ETR were 20.9 % of those of control, the net photosynthetic rates were 60.7 % of those of control. After treated for 35 days, the dead rates of the plants treated with different concentration biological herbicide were 83.3 %, while that of plants treated with fluroxypyr was 100 %.%用小菌核菌作为生物除草剂和使它隆对加拿大一枝黄花进行了防治实验.结果表明,处理4天后使它隆的光合速率下降49.1%,其它参数变化不大.处理11天后,使它隆处理的植株的荧光参数和光合速率出现明显的下降,生物除草剂处理的植株其荧光参数和净光合速率有不同程度的下降.处理15天后,使它隆处理的植株叶绿素含量是对照的58%,Fo值是对照的126.0%,ETR是对照的22.0%,净光合速率是对照的2.2%.生物除草剂不同浓度处理的植株中,T4处理的影响最为明显,Fo值是对照的113.6%,ETR是对照的20.9%,净光合速率是对照的60.7%.处理35天,不同生物除草剂的死亡率为83.3%,使它隆的为100%.
