以齿瓣石斛(Dendrobium devonianum)组培苗为外植体,以培养一个周期后的增殖系数、苗高生长量为指标,采用单因素试验分别考察不同温度、光强、丛植芽数量、pH值和有机添加物5个因子对幼苗生长的影响.采用单因素方差分析和多重比较法处理观测数据.试验结果表明;齿瓣石斛增殖培养过程中,控制白天温度为25℃,夜晚温度为18℃,光强2600 lx,丛植芽为5株一丛,pH值为5.6,添加10%的椰汁时,能显著提高其增殖系数和平均苗高.%By using the tissue culture seedling of Dendrobium devonianum as explants, adopting multiplication coefficient cultured for one cycle and seedling height growth increment as evaluation indexes, the effects of different temperature, light intensity, the number of cluster planting bud, ph value and organic additives on Dendrobium devonianum seedling growth were investigated with single-factor method. The observation data were treated by using single-factor variance analysis and multiple comparison methods. The results show that with the conditions: the proliferation in culture of Dendrobium devonianum process control daytime temperature is 25 ℃ , the night temperature is 18 ℃, light intensity 2 600 lx, 5 plants as a cluster of buds, pH value of 5.6, adding coconut milk(10%), the multiplication coefficient and average height can be significantly improved.
