高温热处理对软木材色的影响

         

摘要

Chinese cork and the Portuguese cork were used as sample to make heat treatment. In order to find the influence laws of heat treatment on the cork color, the temperature rose to 180, 200, 220 °C and the time was kept for 1, 2 and 3 hours respectively. The results show as follows: The color of the treated cork changed obviously by the heat treatment. Under the same temperature, the color saturation became bigger and the color difference became more obvious with the increase of the keeping time. Lightness decreased with an increase of the keeping time. At the same time, the higher the temperature, the bigger the color difference was under the same time. The effects of heat treatment temperature were greater than heat-treated time on the cork lightness and color difference.%以我国种植的栓皮栎软木和葡萄牙产栓皮槠软木为试材,在热处理目标温度分别为180、200、220℃,热处理时间分别为1、2、3h的高温热处理条件下,对软木经热处理后其材色变化的影响规律进行了研究.结果表明:高温热处理后软木颜色变深.随着热处理温度的升高,软木试材的明度减小.在相同的热处理温度下,软木试材随着热处理时间延长,明度减小,色差增大;热处理温度对试材明度和色差的影响远大于热处理时间的影响.
