With access to general profile of Dongting Lake Eco-economic Zone based on the analysis of regional natural features and human-induced factors,the newly emerging changes concerning the lacustrine wetland ecosystem of the zone were analyzed,on which the basic principles were put forward for the eco-function regionalizafon of the region,and the bases for the lake regions eco-functional regionalization were presented according to the relevant intonational conventions and domestic national laws and regulations.On this basis,the eco-economical regionalization for Dongting Lake Eco-economic Zone was divided into four first grade ecological zones according to the natural attributes and leading service types.The four first grade ecological zone was divided into ten ecological subzones,and re-divided into thirty two eco-function zones.An eco-function division map was drawn out by adopting GIS spatial overlay techniques,with the map,the differentiated geographic setting ranges,function orientations,keys of conservation and construction of the four eco-zones can be explained,which provides a scientific support for coordinating development between eco-coustruction and social and economic progress.%基于洞庭湖生态经济区自然条件与人类活动影响因素,概述了湖区基本状况,并主要分析了近些年该区湖泊湿地生态系统出现的新变化.提出湖区生态功能区划的基本原则,并根据湖区生态系统空间特征、生态敏感性、生态系统服务功能、相关国际公约与国内法律法规等,分析了湖区生态功能区划依据.在此基础上,根据湖区生态系统自然属性和主导服务功能类型,将洞庭湖生态经济区划分为4个一级生态区；根据一级生态区的生态系统服务功能的重要性、亟待保护的内容和程度、生态需求与修复目标的区域差异性等,将一级生态区划分为10个生态亚区和32个生态功能区.采用地理信息系统的空间叠置法,绘制了生态功能区划图,阐明了不同生态区的区划范围、功能定位、保护建设重点,为促进洞庭湖生态经济区生态建设、保障区域安全与发展提供了科学依据.
