荷载、含水率及温度对桉树木材抗弯蠕变性能的影响

             

摘要

以桉树木材为对象,研究其在不同外加荷载、不同含水率以及不同温度条件下在5h内的短时蠕变,并根据Burger模型对短时蠕变曲线进行拟合.结果表明:(1)在含水率及温度恒定的条件下,桉树木材的蠕变变形随着外加荷载的增大而增大,且在荷载较低的条件下蠕变曲线无显著加速蠕变阶段;(2)保持温度和荷载恒定,增加木材的含水率,其蠕变也随之增大; (3)在含水率及荷载恒定的情况下,温度的增加也能导致桉树木材的蠕变变形显著增加; (4) Burger模型可用来描述桉树木材的短期蠕变行为.%By taking Eucalyptus wood as the studying objects,the experiments of short-term creep behavior in less than 5 hours with different loads,different moisture contents and different temperature levels were conducted and the corresponding creep curves were obtained,and then to fit the curves on the basis of Burger model.The results show as follows:1) the creep of Eucalyptus raised along with the load increased while the moisture content and temperature level wereconstant,further more,there was no distinct accelerated creep stage on curves of lower load; 2) when the load and temperature kept in a same level,the moisture content of Eucalyptus raised,the wood's creep increased corresponding; 3) when fixed the load and moisture content of Eucalyptus wood,the creep increased with a rise of temperature; 4) the Burger model can be used to describe the creep behavior of Eucalyptus wood in early stage.
