油茶叶片SPAD值与叶绿素含量的相关分析

         

摘要

In order to study the relationship between SPAD value and chlorophyll content in leaves of Camellia rrnoleifera, the SPAD value and chlorophyll content in leaves of C. oleifera were measured by using rrnchlorophyll meter SPAD-502 and spectrophotometry. The results show that the relationships between rrnSPAD value and chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content in leaves of C. oleifera rrnwere all very significant. The three regression equations between SPAD value and chlorophyll a, rrnchlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content were obtained. Through the statistic tests of the rrnmeasured values and predictive values of 15 species leaves SPAD value, it was found that there were rrnno significant differences between measured values and predictive values, so the regression equations rrncould be used to forecast chlorophyll content of C. oleifera by SPAD value.%为了探究油茶叶片SPAD值与叶绿素含量的相关性,采用SPAD-502叶绿素仪与分光光度法分别测定了油茶叶片的SPAD值与叶绿素含量.研究结果表明,油茶叶片SPAD值与叶绿素a、叶绿素b以及总叶绿素含量间均存在极显著正相关关系.通过线性回归得出了SPAD值与叶绿素a、叶绿素b以及总叶绿素含量间的回归方程.通过15个不同品种叶片SPAD值与叶绿素含量实测值与预测值的统计检验,叶绿素a与总叶绿素含量的实测值与预测值间不存在显著差异,可以通过回归方程利用SPAD值来预测油茶叶片叶绿素的绝对含量.
