市民农园体验型旅游产品开发的“资源-市场-体验”模式研究--以北京小毛驴市民农园为例

     

摘要

Allotment garden, as a kind of urban agriculture, rose in the 1990s in China, on the one hand, giving city residents a chance to participate in farming experience, on the other hand, promoting economic development in rural area effectively. Under the background of promoting urban-rural integration and building a harmonious society in China, it is particularly necessary to study the theory and practice of experience tourism products development in allotment garden, in order to better develop allotment garden, create a good leisure environment for city residents and bring economic benefits to farmers. The interactive relationship between tourists’ experience and resources base, market demand were explored respectively, moreover, it proposed the Resource-Market-Experience(RME) model of experience tourism products development; Finally, Little Donkey Farm was selected as the case and used RME model to develop experience tourism products in the farm, giving several development proposals, such as to integrate superior resources and excavate agricultural living resources, to keep an eye on tourists’ experience needs, and to design experience theme and flourish types of experience tourism products.%为了更好的发展市民农园,给市民创造良好的休闲环境,并给农民带来经济收益,开展对市民农园体验型旅游产品开发的理论和实践研究显得尤为必要。分别探讨了市民农园中旅游者体验与资源基础、市场需求的互动关系,在RMP(昂普)模式的基础上提出了体验型旅游产品开发的RME模式,即Resource(资源)-Market(市场)-Experience(体验)模式;最后运用 RME 模式对北京小毛驴市民农园体验型旅游产品的开发进行了实证研究,提出了以下开发建议:(1)整合其优势资源,深度挖掘农园及其周边区域的农业生活资源;(2)把握好游客放松、教育、社交、健康等体验需求,设计满足其客源市场中各类人群需求的体验旅游产品;(3)进行主题设计,丰富农园中的体验产品等。
