基于ASreml软件估算8年生赤桉树皮厚度等4个性状的遗传参数

         

摘要

采用ASreml软件评估8年生赤桉种源家系试验林,估算树皮厚度、pilodyn值、树高、胸径4个性状的遗传参数,参数包括单株狭义遗传力、表型相关系数、遗传相关系数以及多性状混合线性模型下的家系育种值。结果表明:树皮厚度、pilodyn值、胸径、树高单株狭义遗传力依次为0.2343、0.3714、0.4590、0.2787;4个性状的多性状线性模型拟合以种源、家系、小区、行作为随机变量最好;树皮厚度和树高遗传相关系数为0.8497,树高和胸径遗传相关系数为0.8384,树皮厚度和胸径遗传相关系数也达到0.6492;pilodyn值和树高、胸径、树皮厚度遗传相关系数分别为-0.2015、-0.1904、-0.2595;家系育种值估算的前50名中,树高和胸径以103、31、21、138、106排名靠前,树皮厚度和pilodyn值以110、114家系排名靠前。%Evaluation of 8-year-oldEucalyptus camaldulensis provenance-families trail forest was conducted by using ASreml software to estimate the genetic parameters of four traits (such as bark thickness, Pilodyn value, tree height, diameter at breast height), including individual narrow sense heritability, phenotypic correlation, genetic correlation coefifcients and families breeding value under multi-pletrait mixed linear model. The results show that the bark thickness, Pilodyn value, diameter at breast height, tree height of individual narrow sense heritability were 0.234 3, 0.371 4, 0.459 0, 0.278 7 respectively; The multiple trait linear model of four traits wasiftted best with provenance, family, community as the random variables; The genetic correlation coefifcient between bark thickness and tree height was 0.849 7, that between tree height and DBH was 0.838 4, that between bark thickness and diameter at breast height also reached 0.649 2; The genetic correlation coefifcient values of Pilodyn to tree height, DBH, bark thickness were -0.201 5, -0.190 4, -0.259 5 respectively; Of the breeding value estimation values in the top 50, tree height values and DBH values of No.103, No.31, No.21, No.138, No.106 rankedifrst echelon, bark thickness and Pilodyn values of No. 110, No. 114 family ordered low rankings.
