轮式森林消防车与高压储能式脉冲灭火水枪的组合与应用

         

摘要

Forest fire prevention mode diversification has become the development trend.Most of the current our country fire control methods is simple,fire prevention vehicle using simple machines cover to put out a fire with water,the watcr utilization rate is low,and the sustainable extinguishing time is short,hard to control the fire in the short time.The pulsed fire extinguishing gun uses the pulsed air flow and water gun inject to reduce the temperature of the air in a rapid way.In the basic forestry fire fighting,the wheeled forest fire engine and high-pressure energy storage pulse fire extinguisher play an important role.This paper selected the Polaris all-terrain off-road vehicle as the carrier,equipped with the pulsed fire extinguishing gun,which will be combined organically with the water fire-fighting locomotive,and tested the modified equipment,the results show that:modified after the full load of forest engines can smoothly through the 25 ° slope and muddy ground,the one-time can shoot 300 guns;for the surface forest fire and crown fire,the equipment can achieve the effect of quench forest fire and meet the target requirement.The fire extinguishing nozzle can also achieve the fire-fighting effect.The larger the volume of the cylinder,the lower the inflation rate and the average inflation rate of 0.95 L·min-1.It's playing water injectivity and water absorption tests are achieved the desired modified target,improved the utilization rate of water to reach the purpose if sustainable extinguishing,give full play to the advantages of the wheeled forest fire engine and pulse fire extinguisher.%森林消防方式多元化早已成为发展趋势.当前我国消防手段单一,消防车辆大多数利用简单机械覆盖来起到以水灭火的作用.这种方式水利用率低,可持续灭火时间短,难以快速控制火势.脉冲灭火水枪利用脉冲气流和水枪喷射能迅速降低温度隔绝空气,灭火效果良好.在基层林业消防中,两者均能起到重要作用.本研究选择北极星全地形越野车为运载底盘,加装脉冲灭火水枪,将以水灭火、机车合一有机的结合起来,并对改装后的装备进行了测试,结果表明:改装后满载的森林消防车能够顺利通过25°坡地及泥泞地,其一次性可以打300枪;对于地表火及树冠火都可以达到扑灭林火的效果,符合目标要求;将脉冲灭火水枪脱离消防车后也可以达到扑火效果;气瓶容量越大,充气速度有所下降,平均充气速度为0.95 L·min-1.其在打水、吸水及吸水测试中均达到了预期改装的目标,提高水利用率,达到了可持续灭火的目的,充分发挥了消防车与灭火水枪结合的优势.
