施肥对青冈栎幼苗生长与光合作用的影响

     

摘要

为了探讨肥料对青冈栎幼苗生长过程的影响,以当年3月份播种育苗的青冈栎幼苗为试验材料,对其进行不同施肥配比处理.研究结果表明:在生长初期,苗木对氮素需求高, 在一定范围内,随着苗木叶片氮素含量的升高,叶绿素含量增加,光合速率提高;青冈栎幼苗光合日变化随季节而变化,7、8、9月,光合速率高, 10月与11月,光合速率有一定程度下降;7—10月的青冈栎光合速率的日变化呈"双峰"型曲线,其峰值出现在10:00和16:00,且有明显的"午休"现象;11月的青冈栎光合速率的日变化呈"单峰"型曲线,光合"午休"现象消失;不同施肥配比对青冈栎的苗高、地径、生物量、叶绿素含量以及光合速率都具有显著的影响,其中第4组(N2:P1:K2) 施肥配比对青冈栎幼苗生长促进效果最好,苗高和地径分别是对照的1.39倍和1.58倍.%In order to investigate the effect of fertilizers on the growth of Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedlings, as test meterials, the seedlings were treated with different ratio of different fertilization. The results showed that the seedlings demanded more Nitrogen at the beginning of growth. In a certain range, the chlorophyll content increased and photosynthetic rate improved with high level of nitrogen in Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedlings.Seedlings with higher chlorophyll content had stronger of photosynthesis.Diurnal variation of photosynthesis of Cyclobalanopsis glauca changed with seasons.From July to September,net photosynthetic rate of Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedlings was high, however, the photosynthetic rate decreased during October and November.The diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate appeared to be a double peak curves from July to October. And the peak values occurred at 10:00 and 16:00. In addition, it had the phenomenon of 'noon break'. In November, the phenomenon of 'noon break' disappeared. The different ratio of different fertilization had a significant effect on height, diameter, biomass, chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate of Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedlings.In these test groups,the group Number 4 had the best effect on the growth of Cyclobalanopsis glauca seedlings, and the height and diameter were 1.39 times and 1.58 times as that of the control respectively.
