By using Brouwer fixed point theorem and constructing the Lyapunov functional , the existence and global asymptotic stability of a neural networks with time-varying delays and distributed delays are studied under more general conditions. Some simple and new criteria are obtained. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.%运用Brouwer不动点理论和Lyapunov函数法,在较一般的条件下研究了一类具有混合时滞神经网络模型平衡点的存在性和全局渐近稳定性,得出一些新的简单判据.并举例和数值仿真说明结果的有效性.
