陕南移民搬迁安置区选址适宜性评价指标体系初步研究

摘要

科学合理地对陕南移民搬迁安置区选址进行适宜性评价是陕南移民搬迁工作中亟待解决的问题之一，评价指标体系的建立是关键。对此以国内外相关移民实践及已有研究成果为基础，结合陕南地区移民搬迁安置的总体规划要求，通过野外实地调研、问卷调查和专家咨询的方法，初步提出一套合理的、较全面的且适宜陕南移民搬迁的安置区选址评价指标体系，为陕南移民搬迁安置区的选址及研究提供参考和依据。%The scientific and reasonable of the resettlement area location suitability evaluation is one of the ur-gent problems in southern Shaanxi Province resettlement work,the establishment of evaluation index system is the key,the paper takes domestic and international relevant immigration practice and the existing research results as the basis,combined with the southern Shaanxi area resettlement planning requirements,through field investigation method,the questionnaire investigation and expert consultation,preliminary put forward a set of reasonable,com-prehensive,suitable for the relocation and resettlement area in southern Shaanxi site selection evaluation index sys-tem for the southern Shaanxi,relocation site and provide reference and basis of the research of resettlement area.
