地震应急救援能力城乡差异性评价指标研究

摘要

首先从分析城乡差异角度,给出了地震应急救援能力的定义;明确了城市和乡村的划分界限;根据地震应急救援能力的城乡实际,确定了评价指标选取的原则;最后从基础设施及环境条件、民众应对地震的能力和公共资源应对地震的能力三方面提出了地震应急救援能力城乡差异的影响指标,并简单介绍了一种地震应急救援能力城乡差异评价模型.%The abilities of earthquake emergency rescue have differences between urban and rural areas.The first gives the definition of earthquake emergency rescue,a clear demarcation of city and countryside,according to the earthquake emergency rescue capability in urban and rural areas,pointed out the principle of evaluation index selection,finally discusses the impact indicators of differences in emergency rescue ability from the seismic capacity of urban and rural infrastructure and environmental conditions,the public and public resources to deal with the earthquake the earthquake in three,the final evaluation model is given.
