新常态下科技创新服务平台发展策略--以广东东莞创新平台为例

摘要

通过分析广东省东莞市科技创新服务平台的运行现状，并结合三螺旋理论、成果转化理论、区域创新生态理论等对19个创新平台的创新效能进行总体评价，探索平台在运行模式、激励机制、管理措施等方面的成功经验及存在问题，最后提出通过平台推进经济转型升级的策略。%This paper introduces and analyses the operation situation of Dongguan science and technology inno-vation service platform,combined with the triple helix theory,achievements transformation theory,and the theory of regional innovation ecological research.With the performance evaluation of 19 innovation platforms,it explores the successful experiences and existing problems in operation mode,incentive mechanism,management measures and so on.Finally the paper puts forward some advices about promoting efficiency for platform innovation.
