氨基葡萄糖苷类化合物的合成研究

         

摘要

Objective To investigate synthesis of thymine nucleoside. Methods The reactions of phenyl 3,4,6-Tri-0-aeetyl-2-deoxy-2-phthalimido-1-thio-p-glucopyranoside and phenyl 3 ,4-Di-O-benzoyl-6-O-acetyl-2-deoxy-2-phthalimido-l-thio-β-glucopyranoside with the silylated thymine were allowed to occur in dichlormethane. Results The 3,4, 6-Tri-O-acetyl-2-deoxy-2-phthalimido-l-thio-p-glucopyranosideand phenyl 3 ,4-Di-O-benzoyl-6-O-acetyl-2-deoxy-2-phthalimido-l-thio-glucopyranoside reacted with the silylated thymine to form N-β-glycoside. Conclusion Thus we have explored the reaction glucopyranosides with thymine. Phenyl 3 , 4,6-Tri-O-acetyl-2-deoxy-2-phthalimido-l-thio-β-glucopyranoside and phenyl 3, 4-Di-O-benzoyl-6-O-acetyl-2-deoxy-2-phthalimido-l-thio-p-glucopyranoside furnished N1-β-glycosideand N3-β-glycosidc.%目的 本文对氨基葡萄糖苷类化合物的反应进行了研究.方法 3,4,6-三-乙酰基-2-邻苯二甲酰胺基-1-苯基硫-β-氨基葡萄糖及3,4,-二苯甲酰基-6-乙酰基-2-邻苯二甲酰胺基-1-苯基硫-β-氨基葡萄糖在二氯甲烷中与硅醚化的胸腺嘧啶反应.结果 反应得到N-β-糖苷产物.结论 与硅醚化的胸腺嘧啶反应生成化合物3-N1-胸腺嘧啶糖苷产物、β-N3-胸腺嘧啶糖苷产物.
