导电膜片叠层型电磁屏蔽胶合板的性能研究

         

摘要

基于谢昆诺夫、瓦陶林多层屏蔽理论基础,参照夹层复合屏蔽体模型提出了叠层型电磁屏蔽胶合板结构模型,采用自制导电膜片与木质单板叠层复合制备新型电磁屏蔽胶合板.结果表明:单、双层导电膜片叠层胶合板电磁屏蔽效能随着导电膜片铜纤维填充量的增大而增大,当铜纤维填充量为200.0g/m2时,双层导电膜片叠层胶合板电磁屏蔽效能为39.30~61.75 dB,平均值为49.65 dB,电磁屏蔽效果中等.试验还表明:在总填充量相同的条件下,随着铜纤维填充量的增大,双层导电膜片叠层胶合板电磁屏蔽效能达到填充量双层屏蔽逆转点后减小,在填充量双层屏蔽逆转点,铜纤维填充量为50.0 g/m2.%Self-made conductive sheets were laminated with wood veneers to make a new kind of electromagnetic shielding plywoods, of which the structure were designed based on the multilayer electromagnetic shielding theory of Schelkunoff and the model of sandwich shielding. The results show that the shielding effect of plywoods were increased with the rising of the filling ratio of copper fiber. The shielding effect of plywoods, which were laminated with two pieces of conductive sheets(200.0 g/m2)with good bonding properties, ranged from 39.3 dB to 61.75 dB. The plywoods had medium shielding effect and could be used commercially as effective shielding materials for electromagnetic radiation. The results also showed that under the precondition of equal total filling volume, with the increase of filling volume, the shielding effect of double-layer conductive sheets laminated plywood will be stronger than that of single-layer conductive sheet laminated plywood. The more the filling volume is, the difference between the effect of the two above-mentioned types of plywood would be larger. This filling volume is firstly termed "double-layered shielding reversion point"in this paper. In this experiment, the reversion point of the copper fiber filling volume is 50.0 g/m2 , which may be strongly recommended to real production to show the advantage of laminated structure.
