目的 探讨血胱抑素C(CysC)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与急性脑梗死(ACI)发病的关系.方法 采用胶体金颗粒免疫比浊法和酶循环法分别测定120例ACI患者和120例健康者血清中CysC和Hcy的含量.用SPSS17.0软件进行统计学分析.结果 病例组血清CysC水平为(1.16±0.21)mg·L-1, Hcy水平(15.83±3.15)umol·L-1,显著高于对照组血清Cys C水平(0.97±0.18)mg·L-1,Hcy水平(13.55±2.22)umol·L-1.病例组高血胱抑素C(HCysC)检出率为85.83%,高同型半胱氨酸(Hhcy)检出率为88.33%,显著高于对照组血清HCysC检出率12.50%,Hhcy检出率10.83%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 HCysC及Hhcy与ACI发病直接相关,检测CysC和Hcy会对理解ACI的潜在发病机制有帮助.%Objective To study the changes of serum cystatin C (CysC) and homocysteine (Hcy) in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Method Serum CysC and Hcy were measured in 120 patients with ACI and 120 heathe controls, respectively. Colloidal gold particles immunoturbidimetric assay was used to detect the serum CysC levels and enzymatic cycling assay, for Hcy. SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results In patient group, the serum CysC level was1.16±0.21 mg·L-1, Hcy level was15.83±3.15 umol·L-1. In the healthy control group, serum CysC level0.97±0.18 mg·L-1, Hcy levels 13.55±2.22 umol·L-1, 85.83%(103) patients with ACI were detected with abnormal high serum CysC (HCysC), and 88.33%(106) with serum hyperhomocysteinemia (Hhcy) . In healthy control group, only 12.50%(15) for HCysC and 10.83%(13) for Hhcy, respectively. There were significant statistical differences between the patient group and the healthy control group for both the serum CysC and Hcy.higher serum HCysC (P< 0.01). Conclusion The serum levels of CysC and Hcy were much higher in patients with ACI. While detecting serum CysC and Hcy levels may be useful for the undersdanding the potent mechanism of ACI.
