氮氧有机配体参与构筑的Keggin型杂多超分子化合物的自组装

     

摘要

在水热条件下,我们成功制备了两例基于Keggin型多金属氧酸盐和两种氮氧有机配体构筑的杂多超分子化合物:[(L1)4(H3PMo12O40)]·4H2O (1)和[(L2)2(H3PMo12O40)]· H2O (2)[L1=对咪唑苯甲酸;L2=对咪唑苯甲酸乙酯],并通过单晶X-射线衍射、元素分析和傅里叶变换红外光谱对化合物加以表征.结构分析表明化合物1属于三斜晶系,P 1空间群,晶胞参数a=11.494(5)Å,b=12.580(5)Å,c=14.754(5)Å,α=114.579(5)°,β=91.120(5)°,γ=111.228(5)°,V =1771.6(12)Å3,Z=1,R1=0.0394,ωR2=0.1019.化合物2同样属于三斜晶系,P 1空间群,晶胞参数a=11.935(5)Å,b=12.946(5)Å,c=22.946(5)Å,α=96.676(5)°,β=98.329(5)°,γ=114.799(5)°,V=3122.1(19)Å3,Z=2,R1=0.0929,ωR2=0.2150.两个化合物中,Keggin多酸阴离子和两种氮氧配体通过分子间非共价键的氢键弱作用形成超分子网络.%Under hydrothermal conditions, we obtained two supramolecular compounds based on Keggin anions and two kinds of N,O-containing organic ligands, [(L1)4(H3PMo12O40)]·4H2O (1) and[(L2)2(H3PMo12 O40)]·H2O (2) [L1 =4-imidazol-1-yl-benzoic acid;L2 =4-imidazol-1-yl-benzoic acid ethyl ester], and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses and IR spectrum. Structural analysis shows that the compound 1 crystallizes in space group P 1, a=11. 494(5)Å,b=12. 580(5)Å,c=14. 754(5)Å,α=114.579(5)°,β=91. 120(5)°,γ=111. 228(5)°,V =1771. 6(12)Å3,Z =1,R1 =0. 0394,ωR2 = 0. 1019. Compound 2 also crystallizes in space group P ,a=11. 935(5)Å,b=12. 946(5)Å,c=22. 946(5)Å,α=96. 676(5)°,β=98. 329(5)°,γ=114. 799(5)°,V=3122. 1(19)Å3,Z=2,R1 =0. 0929,ωR2 =0. 2150. In these two compounds, Keggin anions and two kinds of N,O-containing organic ligands link each through hydrogen bonding interactions to construct supramolecular networks.
