Tumor targeted therapy is aimed to completely eliminate cancer cell and protect normal tissue. In this paper, the cognitive system was combined dynamic monitoring and controlling technique. With the calculation of tumor image, temperature filed and with the integrated of force-field analogy and bubble filling, the cognitive model could provide optimal layout and an optimal insertion depth of cryoprobes. In phantom experiment, it demonstrates that the system can help surgeon accurately locate the target and precisely place the cryoprobe, enhancing the effectiveness of therapy.%肿瘤靶向治疗可实现最大限度消灭肿瘤的同时,使周围正常组织损伤最小.本肿瘤靶向定位认知系统将肿瘤图像、温度场分布信息集成,并结合图像识别技术、力场模拟及气泡填充技术处理后,得到氩氦刀探针的最佳路径方案,用于治疗过程中实时手术引导.实验表明,在氩氦刀靶向治疗中应用靶向定位认知系统提高了探针的定位精度,确保了手术质量.
