基于近红外光的腹部出血检测系统的开发

         

摘要

To design an abdominal bleeding detecting instrument based on near -infrared intensity and explore the experimental application.A set of abdominal bleeding detecting system based on near infrared light was developped and the in vitro model of abdomi-nal bleeding was established.The distribution of photons in the abdominal tissue and the effective detecting depth of the system were al-so studied.Results showed that light with a wavelength of 760 nm and 850 nm could be clearly distinguished between normal abdomen and the bleeding under the abdomen associated with damage.The effective detection depth of the present system was 2.5 cm.Detection linearity of the light of 760 nm was better than that of 850 nm.Near infrared technology has a potential for the detection sensitivity in the shallow abdominal bleeding detection.%开发了一套基于近红外光的腹部出血检测系统,通过建立的腹部出血体外模型,对光在腹部组织中的分布情况和系统的有效检测深度进行了实验验证。波长为760 nm 和850 nm 的光可以明显区分出正常腹部和腹部下方的损伤出血。该系统的有效检测深度为2.5 cm,760 nm 光的检测线性度要好于850 nm。近红外光技术在浅层腹部出血检测中有较好的检测灵敏度。
