村镇自来水分时段变频调速多级恒压控制

摘要

To solve the situation of pumps for water plant of villages and towns driven by inverter PID regulator with only one given value to meet the constant pressure control,a variable pressure control method of multiple pressure setting at different time periods is proposed.Taking two pumps as example, the corresponding electrical principle diagram of the main circuit and control circuit is given,the related parameters of frequency converter is set and the explanation of setting method of water supply pressure is given.Actual operation shows that leakage of water supply system is reduced,the reliability is im-proved and more energy efficient is worth promoting.%针对目前村镇自来水厂供水泵采用变频器驱动时 PID 调节器只有一个给定值的恒压控制的情况，提出了采用分时段多个压力设定值的变压力控制方法，并以两台供水泵为例，给出了相应的电气主电路及控制电路原理图，设置了变频器的相关参数，对供水压力的设定方法作了说明。实际运行表明，供水系统渗漏减少，可靠性提高，更节能，值得推广。
