微小 RNA 在肺癌精确诊断及靶向治疗中的应用

微小 RNA 已经被认定为肿瘤发展中的关键参与者。它们是小非编码 RNA 的一个家族，负向调节肿瘤相关基因的表达。肺癌是世界范围内肿瘤死亡的首要原因，生存率很低。微小 RNA 在肺癌发展、上皮间质转化、治疗反应中发挥关键作用。有研究将它们作为肿瘤诊断和预后的生物标志物，并作为潜在的治疗靶标。微小 RNA 在肺癌诊断、预后判断和治疗中前景广阔，深入研究其临床应用可实现肺癌的精确诊断，并可将其发展为肺癌治疗的新靶点。%microRNA have become recognized as key players in the development of cancer.They are a family of small non-coding RNAs that can negatively regulate the expression of cancer-related genes.Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related death worldwide with a substantially low survival rate.MicroRNAs have been confirmed to play roles in lung cancer development,epi-thelial-mesenchymal transition and response to therapy.They are also being studied for their future use as diagnostic and prognostic bio-markers and as potential therapeutic targets.MicroRNAs have different prospects in diagnosis,prognostic and treatment of lung cancer, so further study of its clinical application can realize the accurate diagnosis of lung cancer,and it could be developed as a new target for lung cancer treatment.
