Vitapex 糊剂治疗乳牙有瘘型慢性根尖周炎的临床效果观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Vitapex paste treatment of deciduous teeth with eriodical Periapical fistula chronic inflammation.Methods Forty-eight patients with eriodical Periapical fistula chronic inflammation were selected.The patients were randomly divided to observation group and control group,each of 24 cases,control group received calcium hydroxide io-doform,distilled water to reconcile paste treatment,while the observation group was treated with Vitapex treatment.Compared two groups with success rate after 6 months of treatment paste absorption rate.Results Treatment success rate was 91 .67% in the obser-vation group,66.67% in the control group,there was significant difference between two groups (P <0.05).After 6 months of treat-ment,paste absorption rate in observation group was 95.83%,while it was 62.50% in the control group.There was significant differ-ence between two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion Vitapex paste used in treatment of chronic apical periodontitis of deciduous teeth with fistula patients,can significantly improve the treatment success rate,promote paste absorption.%目的：探讨 Vitapex 糊剂治疗乳牙有瘘型慢性根尖周炎的临床效果。方法将48例乳牙有瘘型慢性根尖周炎患儿根据治疗方法不同分为两组，各24例。对照组予以碘仿、氢氧化钙、蒸馏水调和糊剂治疗，观察组采用 Vitapex 糊剂治疗，比较两组治疗成功率及治疗6个月后糊剂吸收率。结果观察组治疗成功率91．67％，高于对照组的66．67％（P ＜0．05）；治疗6个月后，观察组糊剂吸收率95．83％，高于对照组的62．50％（P ＜0．05）。结论 Vitapex 糊剂治疗乳牙有瘘型慢性根尖周炎效果显著，可明显提高治疗成功率，促进糊剂吸收。
