新形势下党的群众路线的继承与创新研究

摘要

Under the new situation ,new situations and problems were analyzed ,then it′s the strong pro-tection to consolidate the foundation of the Party ,strengthen the Party′s base,expand the party′s source of strength and achieve "China Dream",such as innovating and developing the Party Mass Line ,and always maintaining close ties with the masses .The Party Mass Line took root accompanied the birth of the Com-munist Party of China , became rich in development and mature .However , in the current circumstance , there although are some tense ties between the Party and the Masses in some places ,but the most funda-mental one is the lack of masses viewpoint for individual Party member cadre ,the masse interests have not been effectively protected .%在分析新形势下群众工作出现新问题的基础上指出，继承和创新党的群众路线工作，始终保持党同群众的血肉联系，是强化党的立党之本、巩固党的执政之基、壮大党的力量之源和实现“中国梦”的坚强保障。党的群众路线伴随中国共产党的诞生而生根发芽、发展丰富、走向成熟，然而在当前时代背景下，有些地区和领域出现了党群关系紧张的现象，原因虽然错综复杂，但最根本的就是个别党员干部缺乏群众路线观点，工作中侵害了群众的合法权益。
