运用层次分析法优化 YD 快递公司安徽省网点布局

摘要

Based on the study of the network layout status of YD express company in Anhui , by using AHP,it established mathematical model and constructed matrix to propose optimization program for net -work layout and put forward views and recommendations .Such research was the first case in Anhui prov-ince,so it had significance in practice .%通过对YD快递公司的安徽省网点布局现状的研究，运用层次分析法，建立数学模型、构造矩阵对网点布局提出优化方案，并提出观点和建议。此类研究在安徽省属首例，因而在实践中具有指导意义。
