蚌埠市网络信息安全保护制度构建的借鉴与研究

摘要

以网络信息安全管理为研究视角，对美国、俄罗斯和我国上海的网络信息安全管理经验进行介绍和分析，指出蚌埠市的网络信息安全管理应当借鉴美国、俄罗斯和我国上海等地的先进经验，结合蚌埠市的地方特点，重构网络信息安全管理制度，提高蚌埠市的网络信息安全管理水平。%Based on the network information security management as the research angle of view ,the United States ,Russia and Shanghai network information security management experience were introduced and an -alyzed in this paper .Bengbu network information security management should draw lessons from the Unit-ed States,Russia and Shanghai advanced experience ,combined with the local characteristics of Bengbu ,it should be reconstructed of Bengbu network information security management system and the network infor -mation safety management level must be improved of Bengbu .
