Objective:To investigate the B-ultrasonic findings of the faculty members in Huangshan college so as to provide reference for the prevention of diseases and health care. Methods:The results of 452 staffs accepted B-ultrasonic examinations for the liver,gallbladder,pancreas,spleen and kidneys were statistically analyzed. Results:The total abnormity incidence was 67.48％. The most frequent five diseases were fatty liver( 29.87％ ), cyst of liver( 22.35％ ), cholecystolithiasis ( 16.15％ ), cystonephrosis ( 14.38％ )and gallpolyps( 11.06％ ). The incidence of fatty liver in the faculty members over 50 decreased with age,with an rate of 35.71％ in the male and 18.99％ in the female ( P ＜ 0.01 ). Conclusions: B ultrasound examination can detect diseases presenting no clinical symptoms,which is beneficial to the early diagnosis and treatment.%目的:探讨床旁超声心动图在心血管疾病诊断中的应用价值.方法:对经床旁超声心动图监测的105例急诊心血管病患者的临床及超声心动图资料进行分析.结果:检出阳性病例101例,诊断阳性率为96.2%,其中心血管异常92例,胸腔积液9例,4例未见异常.与临床诊断相符的心血管疾病78例,符合率74.3%,其余27例均修正或改变了临床诊断与决策.结论:床旁超声心动图为临床急诊心血管疾病的诊断及鉴别诊断提供了安全、快捷、可靠的信息,具有重要的临床应用价值.
