血浆D-二聚体和纤维蛋白原水平在恶性肿瘤诊断中的临床意义

摘要

Objective: To study the clinical significance of plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen levels in diagnosis of malignancy. Methods:The plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen levels were tested in 60 common malignancy patients and 30 healthy cases as control by German Sysmex CA-1500 auto coagulative instrument. Results:Compared with control group,the plasma D-dimer and fibrinogen levels in malignancy patients' were increased obviously(P 0. 05) ,but had significant difference with control group(P 0.05),与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:恶性肿瘤患者有不同程度的继发性纤溶存在,血浆DD和Fib指标有助于恶性肿瘤的诊断.
