非药物干预对社区高血压患者的生活质量及血压控制的影响

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effects of non-drug intervention on the quality of life and blood pressure control in community hypertension patients. Methods:One hundred and sixty patients with hypertension were randomly divided into the observation group and control group(80 cases each group). The control group and observation group were intervened with drug and drug combined with non-drug,respectively. Results:After drug intervention, the difference of the clinical nursing satisfaction between two groups was not statistically significant(P>0. 05),the difference of the incidence of heart failure between two groups was statistically significant(P0.05),2组心力衰竭发生率差异有统计学意义(P0.05).2组患者干预后血压均优于干预前(P<0.01);干预后观察组血压优于对照组(P<0.01).结论:针对社区高血压患者,行药物干预的同时施行非药物干预后,与单纯的药物干预相比,提高了患者的生活质量,同时患者血压控制效果也较好,值得推广应用.
