目的:探讨Smo和Gli1在胃癌及癌旁组织中的表达与胃癌的临床病理因素之间的关系;并探讨两者之间在胃癌中的关系.方法:应用免疫组织化学EliVision法测定75例胃癌组织和45例对应的癌旁组织中Smo和Gli1的表达情况.应用RT-PCR技术检测30例新鲜胃癌组织及癌旁组(距切缘5 cm)组织中Smo mRNA和Gli1 mRNA的表达情况.结果:免疫组织化学染色结果显示,胃癌组Smo和Gli1表达阳性率均显著高于癌旁组(P0.05),而在TNM分期、浸润深度、及淋巴结转移间差异均有统计学意义(P0. 05),and the differences of the expression positive rates of Smo and Gli1 in different TNM stage,invasion depth and lymph node metastasis were statistically significant( P<0. 01) . Conclusions:The protein expressions of Smo and Gli1 are related to the lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and invasion depth of gastric cancer,which hints that Smo and Gli1 may be related to the malignant biological behavior of gastric cancer. The expression of Smo is positively correlated with Glil in gastric cancer, which maybe play a synergistic action in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
