复方聚乙二醇联合西甲硅油在结肠镜检查术前肠道准备中的效果观察

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effects of simethicone combined with compound polyethylene glycol in preoperative bowel preparation of colonoscopy. Methods:One hundred and eighty-six patients scheduled by colonoscopy were divided into the observation group and control group according to the random number table(93 cases each group). The less residue semi-liquid food was used in two groups in preoperative 1 d, and the fasting breakfast and lunch in two groups were implemented at check day. Before operation, the control group was treated with compound polyethylene glycol, and the observation group was treated with dimethicone based on the control group. The intestinal cleaning, intestinal air bubble and adverse reactions between two groups were compared. Results:The excellent and good rate of intestinal cleaning in observation group(97. 85%) was higher than that in control group(88. 17%) (P<0. 05). The excellent and good rate of intestinal air bubble in observation group(96. 77%) was higher than that in control group (84. 95%)(P<0. 01). The incidence rates of abdominal pain,bloating,nausea and vomiting in observation group were lower than those in control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusions:The application of compound polyethylene glycol combined with simethicone in preoperative bowel preparation of colonoscopy has good cleaning effect,less adverse reaction,and is safe,which can help to remove the bubble of gut.%目的:探讨复方聚乙二醇联合西甲硅油在结肠镜检查术前肠道准备中的效果.方法 :选取拟行结肠镜检查术病人186例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各93例.2组病人均于术前1 d进食少渣半流食,检查当天禁食早餐和午餐.对照组术前给予复方聚乙二醇,观察组在对照组基础上联合二甲硅油乳剂.比较2组肠道清洁情况、肠道气泡量情况及不良反应发生情况.结果 :观察组肠道清洁优良率为97.85%,高于对照组的88.17%(P<0.05);观察组肠道气泡量优良率为96.77%,明显高于对照组的84.95%(P<0.01);观察组腹痛、腹胀、恶心呕吐发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 :复方聚乙二醇联合西甲硅油应用于结肠镜检查术前肠道准备的肠道清洁效果较好,有助于去除肠道内气泡,且不良反应少,安全性良好.
