开放手术与肩关节镜下手术治疗冈上肌钙化性肌腱炎的疗效比较

摘要

Objective:To compare the clinical effects between open surgery and arthroscopy in the treatment of calcific supraspinatus tendinitis.Methods:Thirty calcific supraspinatus tendinitis patients treated with operation were divided into the open surgery group(13 cases) and shoulder arthroscopy group(17 cases). The shoulder function recovery in two groups were evaluated by UCLA scoring system of the shoulder joint,Constant-Murley score,VAS pain score and simple shoulder test(SST) questionnaire before and after operation.Results:All patients were followed up for 7 to 27 months. The postoperative six indexes in two groups were significantly improved compared with before operation(P0.05).The flexion,abduction and SST questionnaire in shoulder arthroscopy group were better than those in open surgery group(P 0.05),但在前屈、外展功能和SST问卷肯定答案个数方面肩关节镜组均明显优于开放手术组(P<0.01).结论:肩关节镜下治疗冈上肌钙化性肌腱炎可以明显改善肩关节功能,且具有微创、安全、术后功能恢复快等优点.
