制度变迁的不完全性会随着边际效应而显现出来，以此作为分析的视角，不能发现农村家庭承包经营制度变迁存在着微观经营产权确立的不完全性和微观经营组织重塑的不完全性。由此，突破当前农业生产经营面临的新困局，可以着眼于对农村家庭经营土地承包权相关法律法规的完善与创新，以及对微观经营组织的重塑。%The incomplete of institutional change appears along with the marginal effect. On the basis of the analysis of the rural family-run regime institutional change, it concerns with the incomplete of the establishment of micro-management of property rights and the tissue remodeling of micro-management. It is key to improve and innovate the laws and rules relating with rural family-run land contract rights and to remodel the micro-management, which will be helpful to breakthrough the current agricultural production and management dilemma.
