拓展农民财产性收入增长的渠道——来自重庆綦江的报告

In the period of ＂the Eleventh Five-Year Plan＂, Qijiang County farmers＇ property income grew ceaselessly, but the absolute amount was less , the proportion was small, the source was relatively simple. At the beginning of ＂the Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂, Qijiang county party committee and county government innovate thought, active exploration of farmers＇ property income growth channel, revenue and property income expansion rapidly. In the future, increasing farmer＇s property income by the form of building business , circulation, financial management.%＂十一五＂期间,重庆市綦江县农民的财产性收入不断增长,但绝对量少、比例小,来源也比较单一。＂十二五＂伊始,綦江县委、县政府创新思路,积极探索农民财产性收入增长的渠道,出现了总收入与财产性收入快速扩张的可喜局面。今后,还需通过创业兴财、融通生财、流转变财、大胆理财等形式,切实增加农民的财产性收入。
