海洋电磁探测发射机可控源电路小信号建模

         

摘要

海洋电磁探测发射机通过向海底发射大功率变频的电磁波,来获取海底结构和矿产资源的分布规律,目前发射机存在效率低、发热严重等问题,为此采用软开关可控源电路来降低电路损耗。为了提高输出电磁波的瞬态性能,需建立可控源电路的数学模型,进行闭环控制。针对软开关可控源电路工作时状态多、直接建模困难问题,在硬开关可控源电路建模的基础上,通过分析输出滤波电感电流、变压器漏感、输入电压对软开关可控源电路占空比变化的影响,建立了软开关电路的小信号模型,最后通过仿真和实验验证了模型的正确性和有效性。%Marine electromagnetic transmitter transmits large power frequency conversion electromagnetic wave to the seabed to obtain the submarine structure and mineral resources, however, the current transmitter has the problem of low efficiency,serious heat and poor ability to adapt to the load, for which the use of soft-switching circuit controlled source is to reduce circuit losses. The mathematical model of controlled source circuit needs to be established to realize closed loop control for increasing output transient performance of the electromagnetic wave. Because the soft-switch controlled source circuit has more status and it is more difficult to directly model, on the basis of modeling of hard switching controllable source circuit, by analyzing the impact of output filter inductor current transformer leakage inductance, input voltage soft switching controllable source on change in the duty cycle, small-signal model of soft-switching circuit is established. Finally, simulations and experiments verify the correctness and validity of the model.
