玉米自交系籽粒物理性状和品质性状的相关性初探

         

摘要

本文对14个高蛋白高赖氨酸玉米自交系籽粒的物理性状和营养品质性状的相关性进行了研究.结果认为:1)在蛋白质含量 15.11%~17.90%、赖氨酸含量0.49%~0.60%的高蛋白高赖氨酸玉米中,蛋白质含量与赖氨酸含量极显著正相关,大幅度提高蛋白质含量,能够较易提高赖氨酸水平;蛋白质含量与蛋白质品质负相关,随着蛋白质含量的提高,o2基因对赖氨酸的调节强度下降.2)籽粒的物理性状与营养品质无显著相关性,在提高蛋白质含量和改善蛋白质品质的同时,通过选择,可以提高硬质度、百粒重、籽粒密度和百粒体积等籽粒的物理性状.%The correlation among kernel traits of l4 selfed lines with high protein and lysine was studied.The results were:l)The correlation between protein content and lysine content was significant on condition that the protein content ranged from 15.11% to 17.9% and the lysine content ranged from 0.49% to 0.60%,which implied that lvsine content could be improved easily by promoted the content of protein.2)The correlation between physical traits of kernel and nutritional traits of kernel was not significant,which showed that the physical traits and nrtritional traits of kernel could be improved simrltaneously.
