高职院校“订单式”人才培养模式的新探索——以北京工业职业技术学院机电一体化专业为例

订单培养正成为高职院校新的人才培养模式。针对订单培养过程中的关键问题,结合本院机电专业的实践成果,从订单质量、师资培养、实训基地建设、课程体系构建、顶岗实习管理、考核与评价等方面进行了深入分析,以期探讨订单培养的成功模式。%Order- based talent cultivation mode is becoming more and more popular in higher vocational colleges. Taking the practice achievements of mechanic and electronics major of Beijing Polytechnic College as an example, this paper explores the successful order - based talent cultivation mode from six aspects including order quality, teacher cultivation, construction of practice training base, construction of curriculum system, management of post practice, examination and evaluation.
