镰刀与修枝剪痕迹特征的比较研究

摘要

镰刀与修枝剪在一定条件下形成的痕迹特征具有较高的相似性，此现象严重影响了相关案件的侦破。为了探寻两类工具痕迹的异同点，发现区分两类工具痕迹的方法，我们通过实验的方法对镰刀和修枝剪的痕迹特征进行了比较研究，得出了修枝剪的剪口与被剪客体呈30°至60°时形成的痕迹能和镰刀割削痕迹产生相似性的结论。但这种相似痕迹可以通过截面线形痕迹方向和位于客体侧面的印压痕迹来区分。%The features of sickle and pruning shears traces have high similarity under certain conditions. This similarity could have negative impacts on case detection. In order to explore the similarities and differences between two types of traces, we carried out an experiment based on width of traces cut. We concluded that pruning shears traces is similar with sickle traces when notches and object have a 30-60 degrees cut. It can be distinguished by sectional linear traces direction and the indentation marks located on the side of object.
