城市轨道交通应急通信指挥车通信系统组网方案的探讨

         

摘要

为配合国家应急平台体系的建设及满足日益凸显的实用需求,城市轨道交通行业启动了应急通信指挥车的工程建设.本文通过对轨道交通应急通信指挥车在设定场景执行紧急救援时的功能需求分析,指出了轨道交通应急通信指挥车与通用型应急通信指挥车的主要区别,提出了不同于通用型应急通信指挥车的轨道交通应急通信指挥车的通信系统组网方案.并对该方案的系统构成、系统功能、系统特点及系统主要技术指标进行了分析和阐述,对无线图像传输环节采用的COFDM 技术做了简单介绍.该方案能够对轨道交通领域应急通信指挥车的工程建设提供参考与借鉴.%For the seek of cooperating with the construction of national emergency platform system and meeting the practical needs of the increasingly prominent, the engineering construction of emergency communication and command vehicle has been built in urban rail transit. By analysing the functional requirements of the vehicle in given scene for emergency rescuing, this article points out the main difference between the rail transit emergency communication and command vehicle and the general-purpose ones, comes up with a communication system networking solution of the raii transit emergency communication and command vehicle, detailedly expounds the system structure, functions, characteristics and the main technical indicators of the networking solution and briefly introduces the COFDM technology used in wireless video transmission. This article may provide informations and references for the follow-up engineering construction of the rail transit emergency communication and command vehicles.
