换热器管程自动化清洗装置研究现状与发展

         

摘要

针对实际作业中换热器结垢的情况,必须定期对其进行清洗、检修.通过对常用清洗方式进行分析比较及不同原理、不同结构的清洗装置进行综合分析,指出了其不足、改进方法及发展方向.目前,学者的研究大多是基于高压水射流清洗技术的自动化换热器管程清洗装置.通过对国内外多种清洗装置的研究发现,定位装置、传动装置和控制装置是其关键部件.由于市场和技术的需求,对换热器管程清洗机器人而言,智能化、多功能化、信息化和绿色化将是未来的发展趋势.%In view of the fouling of heat exchangers in practical operation,cleaning and maintenance must be carried out regularly.Through the analysis and comparison of the commonly used cleaning methods devices with different principles and structures, the shortcomings,improvement methods and development directions are pointed out.At present, most researches focus on cleaning devices of the automatic heat exchanger tube,which are based on the high pressure water jet cleaning technology.By researching a variety of cleaning devices at home and abroad,it is found that the positioning device,transmission device and control device are the key components.T meet the demand of market and technology,it is a developing trend for the cleaning robot of heat exchanger tubes to be intelligent,multifunctional,information-based and green.
